Association of Junior Engineers, Punjab (PSPCL/PSTCL) was registered in 2022. AoJE is the united voice of Junior Engineers working under Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL). Founded with the core belief that strength lies in unity, AoJE has emerged as a powerful, progressive, and principled platform dedicated to safeguarding the dignity, rights, and career progression of Junior Engineers across the state.
We are an independent, democratic, and transparent body by the Junior Engineers, for the Junior Engineers. Our primary goal is to ensure fair service conditions, technical empowerment, and protection of our members against injustice and victimization. AoJE has always stood at the forefront in representing and defending the interests of Junior Engineers at every level.
With a presence in every circle of Punjab and a dedicated central team headquartered at Patiala, AoJE not only represents the concerns of over a thousand engineers but also works relentlessly to build a stronger, more technically efficient power sector for Punjab.
Our Core Objectives:
• Protect & Promote Rights of Junior Engineers through legal, social, and administrative channels.
• Ensure Transparency in promotions, transfers, and departmental proceedings.
• Raise a Collective Voice on issues affecting engineers’ dignity, workload, and welfare.
• Drive Policy Reforms that uplift the status of engineers and improve service delivery to the public.
• Foster Unity & Fraternity among engineers beyond cadre or qualification.
